Youth Vision Uganda functions through board of directors elected from the general assemble comprised of different categories of youth. The board currently has three members. All organizational activities are conducted from the national secretariat under the directive if the executive director who is responsible for the overall management and administration assisted by:-

·       Membership to Youth Vision Uganda is open to youth with sound mind and integrity who shall subscribe a non-refundable fee to be determined and revised by the General Assembly from time    to time.

·        Membership is also available by application to the secretariat and will be offered as deemed necessary by the entire selection committee.

·        Termination of membership will be deemed necessary if a registered member fails to adhere to the obligations required of it and or makes omissions of a serious offense or institutionalized in a manner regarded inappropriate in society.

·     Full Membership: The pioneers/founder and fully registered youths in the organization

·   Affiliate Membership: This is only open to organization with similar aims and objective. The organization should be willing to attach itself and work in close collaboration with all Youth Vision Uganda project activities.

·     Voluntary Membership: Any registered person(s) or group that may voluntarily wish to subscribe to Youth Vision  Uganda project activities

·      Patronage:  Patronage of the Organization shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors
